- To participate in evaluating the possibility of a listed company coming into the domestic or foreign market, and choose the country and the stock exchange to be listed for our clients
- To assist the listed company to draft and to review the ¡¯listing scheme¡¯, ¡¯sponsor agreement¡¯, ¡¯articles of association of company¡¯, ¡¯IPO prospectus¡¯, ¡¯application for shares¡¯
- To assist the listed company to draft and review the ¡®commissioned audit of financial agreement¡¯ signed with the accounting firm which has a securities business qualification
- To assist the listed company to draft and review the ¡¯underwriting agreement¡¯ signed with the security company which has a qualification of recommend and guarantee
- To assist the listed company to draft and review the ¡¯agent for shares collecting agreement¡¯ signed with the bank which act for the collection of shares
- To investigate the credit standing of the listed company independently, impersonality and fairly according to the requests of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the stock exchange
